The Scalable CFO was founded in 2016 by Linda Luu, Fadi Halwani and Oreabetse Matlhare. A team of Professionals aiming to provide the first dedicated source of flexible Finance Experts for Startups and SMEs in the UAE. As a Consultant CFO, you will work with a variety of small to medium sized companies providing hands on senior financial management experience to business owners. You will be contributing to the customer’s journey by providing expertise on key decisions as a member of the executive team and leading engagements with integrity and empathy. You will have demonstrated key C-level experience in these areas:

Consultant
Finance Manager (FM)

As a Consultant Finance Manager, you will work with a variety of start-ups, small and mid-sized customers and will be passionate about supporting these emerging businesses. You will lead customer engagements, including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating financial recommendations. You will have demonstrated that limited key C-level experience.

As a Consultant Associate you aspire to be a CFO and will partner with the onsite Finance Manager or CFO while working with a variety of customers on site. You will be exposed to a diverse set of customers where you will be required to quickly adapt to the different challenges faced in each industry. You will be a keen analysts and have a strength with complex data-sets and models.
